Staff was great! They have a bar/restaurant in the lobby, parking was easy and they extended late check till 12:30 for free! Check in/out process was easy, Clean facility, pool was great and big inside pool was closed but didn’t make a huge difference to us. We will definitely be back here for any updates of our visits to San Antonio.

Expected better for the money.

I stay in a lot of hotels due to my job. For what they charge for a room I expected better. Very loud in the room….. Sounded like someone sliding furniture around early morning and at night. Also had a lift in the parking lot and guys working on something on the upper floors So the terrace was loud and there was also no chairs to even sit on you terrace and enjoy the view or breeze. BTW I am not big on leaving reviews but was very disappointed for what it costs!
