The room was clean and attractive. I slept well on the very comfortable bed and was not disturbed by any outside noise.

We have stayed in other units on this property that were nice, but this particular unit needed some restoration to walls, cracked bathroom, missing toilet screw cover, very short small toilet, over all kind of dingy.

The hotel was pretty run down and not that clean. It also was LOUD at night, lots of motorcycles revving in the parking lot and loud music for most of the night,

Perfect place to stay while traveling to and from the National Park. I really enjoyed my stay here! Lots of good food options nearby. Loved the hot tub and breakfast. The staff were very kind and welcoming.

The receptionist was quick to point out that my dog(2) fee was 25 per dog. This was not as advertised on Expedia. Listed pet policy: Fee: USD 25 per accommodation per night. When I showed her the listed Expedia policy she was perplexed and sympathetic in a nice way. She said she must get her manager Eric Garza to agree to the proper fee. Eric came out and said “our hotel is highly rated and guests are very pleased to pay what he considered to be the policy! I said I’m not agreeing to his terms and if he wouldn’t agree to our contract, we would drive home and he must release us from our reservation without any charge. He refused to do this. I said you are now subject to a fair hearing on social media. He relented and would allow the advertised fee with a much higher deposit. I said no. Only the regular deposit is accepted. He obviously was not pleased with his bullying behavior failure. He accepted and we stayed. The hotel room and breakfast was fine and we gave more than adequate tips to the staff. However there was not one blade of grass on the premises for our dogs. Across the boulevard there was a government facility which provided the needed grass for happy dogs. I do believe Eric will have a good corporate career as he will surely please what I call the sinister aspect of corporate management. I’m eighty years old and I’m glad I stood up for what I considered elder abuse.

Room (221) was very clean and comfortable. Decent pillows and comfortable bed. Handy desk and small table. It was nice to be able to access Netflix. Room for improvement: The window viewing the parking lot, which we like to open for fresh air, was very difficult to slide due to poor maintenance. We very much appreciate the openable window, but... The shower door towel rack/handle was very (dangerously) loose and didn't support even the smallest force downward much less the weight of a towel. It had clearly been poorly repaired in the recent past. Sink counter unusually high. The shower head was fixed (no hose attached) and very high on the wall. Impossible for anyone under about 5'2" to adjust. Please attach a hose. BOTH the a/c fan and compressor regularly turn on and off throughout the night. Very annoying! It is a simple fix to have only the compressor cycle while leaving the fan on. Excess mold along the base of the shower door frame was unsightly. Breakfast was very basic.
