It was OK. There are too many people smoking in non-smoking areas, even under the non-smoking sign. I know this is a casino but still. The bed sheet smelled, not fresh but used. It says family friendly but i would not recommend this place for a family with children.

Stayed at this property for one night and found it to be a horrible experience. First off, how inconvenient to go through metal detectors and temperature screenings when you arrive. I understand why, but I stay at many hotels and have NEVER encountered this. In addition, standing in line each time you want to go to your rooms so each person in your party is identified via ID is crazy. Staff are rude and ignore you especially at the bar. It's was my first, and last visit. With so many other casino options why would anyone choose this horrible place.

The staff here were all great and it is in a beautiful location. Rooms were large and clean. One big issues was the entire hotel smells of smoke. Unfortunately the smoke from the casino travels into the lobby and ruins the experience. Also all the restaurants are in the casino area so that smell of smoke is there as well. I was excited about there being several food option but eating at the buffet the first night was enough. Besides the smell of smoke food was just okay and not anything Id eat again. Its a good option if you're desperate for food but would definitely look at outside options if you care about food.

Stayed two nights and had to cancel the third. tried two different restaurants and the food was just awful. one night the food was cold and the other the fries and onion rings were badly burned. The room was clean but was not serviced the whole time we were there. The worst part of this hotel is the security. They check peoples bags, temperature (as if we are still during covid) to get into the building. To get to the elevator there is an additional security who checks for your room number and ID. I typically just put everything in my name and my wife doesn't need to show her ID. on this hotel, we have to each show our ID's every time we go up the elevator even if we step out to our cars or to a different area. on my last day there, the security made a big deal about a bear spray I had in my backpack. the security didn't know what it was even though the hotel is basically located in bear country. we explained we had been hiking in yosemite and bass lake this whole weekend and is an area with lots of bears. he made me take it back to my car. on my way back into the building, the security manager was there and he said he had followed me in the camera and didn't see me put it into my car. he claimed it was still in my backpack. we emptied the backpack and proved it I no longer had it with me. He left without an apology or anything. no one apologize for the big scene made by the security staff. we ended up cancelling the night and leaving at that moment. awful experience!

This resort was spectacular! The pool and hot tub were huge and beautifully maintained. The landscaping and views were beautiful. The casino was upper level and gave great payouts. The restaurants were amazing. We didn’t want to leave!

The room was adequate, nice and clean. Basic 2 queen beds. I stayed in one of their suites before, which was extremely nice. So all was average for the same prices as other hotels in the area.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The reception staff were very rude and unwelcoming, both during check-in and when asking simple questions. Unfortunately, the guards outside and inside the hotel were no better—rude and unprofessional in their behavior. This kind of treatment completely ruined the stay. I expected better hospitality and respect. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Even though smoking was allowed in some areas of the casino, it wasnt too bad in the non-smoking areas. I don't like to smell smoke. But on the same note, we did get a little wiff of smoke on the second floor where our room was.

This was not what I expected. This hotel is much larger and crazier than any of the pictures show. First of all, the parking is quite a walk away from the door and bringing luggage from the lot or garage is some work. Then, the wait to check in was almost an hour, when I commented on the wait when reaching the front (saying wow they were busy), the woman was rude and just told me that it was worse the day before. I told her that was not something to brag about. Because the casino entrance opens to the lobby, the lobby smells like smoke very strong. The pool is smaller than shown, and all the chairs were being reserved by people‘s things, even though no one was sitting in the chairs. The room itself was nice and clean, but it was a long smoky walk to get food or go to the car. I wanted this trip to be a bit more relaxing, but it was completely chaotic and stressful from start to finish, I would not stay here again
