The pool was great! We had the whole pool to ourselves and we relaxed in the hot tub. The shower pressure was great, but the bar of soap is AWFUL. Our skin was so dry after and there was no lotion. We were able to bring our senior pet along and there're patches of grass for them to go pee and bags for pickup. Breakfast was your standard included buffet. We had loud thunderstorms the first night, but no damage to our car. Overall a great stay

Check in staff were less than friendly and not welcoming. Room was clean, but furniture was very worn. Bathroom sink was cracked and unsightly. Caulking around tub/shower was coming off or missing.

After finding a bug in the tub in my first room, the staff member who checked me in after finishing texting on his phone gave me a suite. There were odd stains on the furniture, residue of spilled beverages on the bedroom wall, a bit of garbage next to the bathroom garbage can. The bed was lumpy with a big dip that made it hare to move or get in and out of. All sconces on the bed were so high you had to get up to turn the light off after a bit of ready and just when you were ready to fall asleep. The toilet paper roll was inconveniently located 2.5 feet behind the toilet so you had to side saddle to reach it. And the towels were across the bathroom from the shower with no convenient hooks or bar near the shower. And one of the air units rattled so much I had to turn the thermostat off. I would not stay here again.

It was OK. The biggest problem I had was with the staff, I talked to a man on the phone a couple times, he was pretty abrupt. He did however fulfill my request, so for that I was grateful. The woman that was there when we checked in also was not friendly in the least. Breakfast was just OK.

Overall property was good. Rooms and facilities were updated, easy and free parking, check in was easy, and staff was nice. The room itself was good with a decent bed and ample number of pillows. Only complaint would be that the floors of the room could have been cleaner; dust in corners and near walls, looks like they get swept daily but not mopped.
