Asked about a bar to meet up with friends and we were told (on house phone) there was none- turned out when we went downstairs to ge the cab to meet friends elsewhere there was a bar tucked away behind the check in desk (unmanned). We had to move rooms as the one we were first given had no working AC - the maintenance guy was there in a flash but couldn't fix so we moved on eroom down (no biggie but still.. not a great experience. Overall I would say this is a very average hotel and with so many to choose around the airport - we won't be returning to this one. Front desk personnel very friendly and as helpful as they could be given the facility issues. What airport hotel has no bar for business folks to meet up in or friends to spend time outside their rooms....

It took 30 minutes to connect with the shuttle to the hotel and check-in was Handled efficiently given the crush of 15 guests trying to get keys to their rooms. We stayed in the annex adjacent to the restaurant and check-in area on the third floor, which was calm and quiet and work well rested for our flight out to the Canary Islands the rooms are smallish, but adequate for our needs as a transition point and would recommend it for that purpose. Staff was lovely.

Very convenient to metro station ( 5 minute walk) to get to downtown Madrid. Free convenient shuttle back and forth to airport. Best of both worlds for sure.

nice place, great, quiet and convenient location

short 4 day stay staff was great from room cleanliness to waitress and all of those at reception who made our stay very friendly and comfortable. everyone was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. we enjoyed ourselves. breakfast buffet was great, fresh and lots of variety. close to airport, and subway to go anywhere you want. quiet and convenient. great airport shuttle but having to call to get picked up was inconvenient without a phone plan to make calls

Thus is the third time I have stayed in property. Do to external condition Berlin Airport strike I had to change and make other arragments to get to Berlin. Due to this I had to book a flight early 7AM. And had to leave around 4AM. I ask the front desk if it was possible to get fruit basket and some pastries since were not going to be able to take the breakfast (that we paid). She mention that they don't provide that service. But is no the issue that they didn't provided it. The issue is that when she saw me leave the area she assume nowone front my group was there and one of them listen to the comments she made about us asking for.the brekafas5 bag. She made a few disrespectful comments. So I just to point out that we were asking was something we already paid and that weren't asking for much. Sad this happens.
