Pros: large room, TV was good. Cons: EXTREMELY outdated, dirty bathroom. Caulk coming up, bathtub looked very "unclean", hair on the floor, bathroom door was "mudded" up, apparently someone put a fist or ? through it so it was a white mudded mess on a dark door. Entry way tile, very sticky, we had to wash it with soap and water. Pool was large but cold and the walkway around the pool, EXTREMELY SLIPPERY!!!!!!!!! I fell, each of the grandkids fell and we were walking very slowly! Check in supposed to be at 3pm. That was 20 minutes late even after we were told at 2 pm, it will only be 30 more minutes! Very dangerous!!!!!!!! Will not stay again.

Good Stay

We were in town to move our son into Hesston College. This hotel was 10ish mins from campus, with easy access to the interstate. Room was fairly comfortable. Staff was vey friendly. For hotel breakfast it was pretty good.

During my recent stay, I was disappointed by several issues that impacted my experience: The room and common areas lacked cleanliness. Food served was cold. No welcome or orientation was provided, and no recommendations for nearby restaurants. The power went out multiple times during my stay. The pool had an excessive amount of chlorine. Water pressure was very low, making it difficult to flush the toilet. No makeup remover towels were available. No complimentary bottled water was provided to guests. Overall, these factors made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope management will address these concerns to improve the guest experience.
