The staff was great and the lobby was beautiful; however it did smell like chlorine and it was very warm. So were the hallways, muggy.The beds are not comfortable, the room doors do not touch the floor so you hear literally everything in the hallway. It was about a 2 inch gap so wide, I had to shove two towels in the gap for a sound barrier and for safety. One of the strips of quarter round was hanging off the wall. There's only one light switch to control the water closet and the vanity, so you either have light on for everything or nothing. Same with the room, there's one light switch for the entryway light, and no other switches on the wall, only on the light fixtures but that's not so big of a deal. The door was my biggest concern, it's honestly not safe. Disappointed 😔

Budget accommodations with everything you need for a quick stay. Pet fee is on the lower end of what's usual for hotel stays. No exits besides the front lobby, so unfortunately no quick side exits for potty breaks if you happen to be staying in one of the farthest rooms. Also, there are no pet waste bags or trash cans near the grassy areas so there was pet waste everywhere. Watch your step! Furniture was well-used but still serviceable. Everything seemed clean & there was plenty of linen. Water pressure was a little weak but had plenty of hot water. Bed was very firm so i didn’t sleep well and woke up with leg pain. Breakfast was pretty good for one of this price range with a selection of hot & cold entrees. My biggest complaint were the guests in the unit above us. They were either wrestling, jumping and/or rolling bowling balls for a couple hours straight. They finally quieted after midnight. We didn't complain because this unfortunately is the norm these days. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a budget quick stay if you don't mind very firm mattresses and can sleep through rough-housing noise from adjacent rooms.

Inconsiderate, unprofessionally run establishment

We arrived at night and everything appeared clean and in order. As I looked around there were printed signs taped to walls and doors all over the place. Everything from keep the door locked to nighttime guidelines. We got up to our room and found it to be dated, but clean. Then we tried to pull out the sofa bed. Upon opening it, wires popped up and the sofa never laid flat. Around 8 am, housekeeping knocked on my door to come clean while we were still in bed. It was apparently the wrong room, but the housekeepers continued to talk loudly in the hallway while cleaning rooms. Since we were not awake, we decided to grab breakfast and were greeted with yet another printed sign stating that we would incur a $50 fee if we took our food upstairs. We ate downstairs due to the sign, but found the breakfast to be underwhelming, even for 2-star chain hotel breakfasts. Pastries were sparse, sausage and potatoes soggy, very few food choices
