The hotel was very lovely. Had an amazing view of the Harbor. It was a little dated in some areas, like the shower had a rusty drain, there was previous water damage and repairs but not like you would expect from this level of hotel. In the shower was lotion and not conditioner? Which I thought was strange since it was also on the counter.

The room was excellent, even though it was facing the airport. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant has good food. I would've appreciated a view to the city across the harbor. I give this hotel a three but only because it's not mesnt for a romantic getaway. This hotel is more geared for pilots, airline stewards, and the tourists that needs a one or two night layover. This hotel presents itself alongside other hotels that are truly geared for romatic getaways. Never forget Boston is immense, there are many sections that make up Boston and East Boston is not anything like the Financial district, Seaport, and downtown.

Check in staff was excellent. Restaurant staff could have been improved but the food was excellent. Skip dessert. The view of the harbor was gorgeous from our room and the restaurant. Outside entrance didn’t do the hotel justice. Convenient if leaving early from airport due to proximity and shuttle service.
