We have stayed here many time in the past. Location is perfect. Only problem is the street noise from the outside and the aircon thermostat keeps turning on and off. I think they should consider soundproofing the windows and change their ac units

Our room was comfortable and quiet. My only disappointment was having only one hand towel in the bathroom. Most hotels provide a set of two hand towels and two bath towels for a twin room. Also, soap and shampoo dispensers were not easy to use - either they were attached too high or the dispensers were old. The "pump" would get stuck.

What stood out for us was that all the Aruga staff were extremely nice from the front desk staff, bellman, housekeeping staff, and security personnel. It was also convenient to park and just walk through the mall.
