Okay, but…

Ok Hotel but a real problem with only 3 elevators for 32 floors and a rooftop bar that open to the public. So get ready to wait 10min for your elevator in a hallway with no AC

Very clean, and upscale for the price. Staff are super helpful and it's in a great location. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Manila. Be aware, it's about 30-45 minutes drive to or from the airport, if traffic isn't bad.

I would’ve given this hotel five stars however, during my stay the climate control of the building was not operating correctly. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, the room I stayed in was very luxurious, and the view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Only thing that was irritating at times and unavoidable was the waiting of elevator. Since the Firefly roof deck bar and resto was so popular elevator traffic is high, and wait time sometimes was lengthily. Maybe designate one elevator to guest and visitors to go to Roof Deck and the other two elevators for hotel guest with rooms.
