Friendly staff and very accommodating!! They are respectful and ready to assist! They did not meet on the first day what has been booked! They gave me a transit bedroom hence wasted a day and a half worrying when a the right and booked type room will be set!!

Towels?

This is our second stay with Crimson. Booked 3 rooms again. The staff are accommodating and assisting. The issues we encountered during this stay is that there were no towels in the bathroom. We had to follow up multiple times for it until it finally came before midnight. They also ran out of towels by the pool pretty quickly. It was a Mother’s Day weekend. One would think they’d be prepared for it. But it was still a wonderful stay. Will come back again.

Worthwhile family staycation

Beautiful hotel. Contacting the front desk is difficult calling from the room phone. No hairdryer. I love the water dispenser available in every floor. Very eco-friendy and practical. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially Sophie from the front desk she consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her genuine care really made a difference in our stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a great variety and quality. We also really enjoyed the pool area clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great service and a comfortable stay!
