Place went downhill from last time we stayed. Night shift staff especially the guy appears to be less accommodating. Our rooms has a lot of bugs and the whole hotel was stinky.

The staff at this hotel were truly excellent—very nice, friendly, and respectful. Their warm service really made a positive impression and deserves a full 5 stars. That said, I would give the overall experience 3 stars. The hotel itself was a bit under my expectations, though it does have some nice outdoor areas to roam and relax in. The room was just okay—not particularly impressive, but it was clean, which I appreciated. One thing that surprised me was that the building didn’t have central air conditioning—only the room had AC. I’m not sure if that’s by design or due to a problem with the system, but it did affect the comfort level, especially in the common areas.

They do not equally enforce dress code. We went to BREAKFAST in PAJAMA and the girl in the suit with short hair told us we cannot eat in dining area and had us eat in lobby. Moments later we see another couple in PAJAMA eating in dining area. Aside from that the rest of staff was kind so giving 3 stars.
