Staff very helpful and courteous and quick to respond good listener , smiling and friendly but we feel that Wi-Fi is slow globe poor and slow we checked in three places already no problem with quick Wi-Fi

Go Hotels - Otis provides one of the most affordable accommodation in the metro. Great service from the staff, the location was good, and the room and facilities are average. I think they should consider updating some rooms.

Go Hotels - Otis offers the most value for money accommodation in the metro. All of the staff are courteous and helpful. There’s an easy check-in and check-out process. Some of the facilities needs refurbishment since they are showing age and wear and tear. Overall, a good place to stay if you are around and need a stay in Manila.
