Short stay, and great experience

We flew in late and it was small but great. Breakfast this morning was delicious and a good selection. Eggs and toast, beef with rice, fruits and salad and lots of beverages. Great value for the money. The people are very friendly.

it was fine to sleep, but the staff didn't seem to know much and weren't very helpful. It was even difficult to figure out where to check in and out and which way to do inside.

We stayed at this hotel twice as it was conveniently located next to airport terminal3. The first stay was for a single night and the room was musty and smelt bad. We came in late after a long flight and were leaving early next morning. So we did not complain. We did however ensure we received a better room on our return. The staff took our request into consideration and did give us a good room. Location is excellent, breakfast not impressive but ok. Room ok but do charge rooms if you end up in a musty one

Not going back there anymore...the breakfast buffet has a very limited food selection and they always run out of food...it take them a while to refill their food. Also, the location is good because it's near the airport but if you go to places such as MOA it will run your pocket dry. Too hard to get around the city. The receptionist is too new to be left on his own at the counter [he has orientee logo on his uniform. He didnt explain the perks they offer thoroughly such free airport shuttle. We already booked a grab when they told us that they have their own shuttle service, now we cant cancel the grab booking anymore.
