Front Desk is slow but they have a great customer service. Shower need to be clean since its getting moldy Ac needs attention it gets hot and cold. I stayed there alot so its all good just hoping they have more varieties for breakfast. Will stay again

I am very impressed with the staff for their awesome customer service. I had left my computer laptop in a taxicab to the airport which was returned back to the hotel on July 21,2025. The staff were were able to inform me of the returned laptop. Keep up the great work!😊🤗

Bathroom has no exhaust fan and bathroom door wouldn't properly close. I notified staff, maintenance came and tried fixing it. At 10PM, there were sounds of drilling in our room which lasted a good 20 mins. This, for a night's stay, for an early morning flight. Said it's fixed but upper half wouldn't close. Instead of giving us another room, they chose to disrupt the supposedly limited time for us to take a shower and hit the bed Unbelievable.

I found a cockroach in my bathroom when I first walked in. Aside from that, the hotel is convenient to the airport and surrounding retail options; casino, convenient stores and restaurants, and retail shopping is the main reason to stay here. Breakfast is great as well.
