Nice and clean. Breakfast buffet is a little pricey but worth it for the quality and variety of dishes. Beautiful decor but I’m not a gambler so the casino is a minus for me.

From check in to check out, staff are all welcoming and has displayed great hospitality. Lounge staff has always been nice and helpful. Our room was spacious, with premium facilities. We are looking forward to check in again in the near future. The only comment that I can give is that guests are not allowed to access the breakfast buffet when they have booked for a lounge access option. For some other hotels/resort guests have the option to access breakfast buffet guests that have lounge access.

This hotel didn’t meet our expectations. The moment you enter, there’s a strong cigarette smell throughout the lobby and common areas, which was really off-putting. The floor we stayed on smelled moldy, and although our room was okay, it didn’t make up for the overall atmosphere. Room service food, especially for kids, wasn’t great. There’s a casino in the hotel, which might appeal to some, but it contributed to the smoky environment and wasn’t ideal for a family stay. Sadly, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
