Hotel is overpriced for what it has to offer. Room lacks facilities that even 2 star hotels have: no refrig only tiny cooler, no microwave, no coffee maker etc. We did get help in carrying our bags, though. Hotel bleeds you to death with exorbitant prices for breakfast etc. Just eat outside. Next time I will stay in a hotel with same star rating but by far better amenities, free breakfast, etc.

I've been coming here since 2018 and usually very pleased with the property. This time I stated noticing the cracks and scratches on the tiles, carpets, musty and moldy smell. However the place is still really clean and the sweetness is good.

My wife and I frequently stay at the Novotel in Cubao when we visit Manila (we live elsewhere in the Philippines...). The hotel is excellent: friendly staff, great location, modern rooms and facilities, easy parking. It's also an excellent value for money.

The check in process could've been better. I was told they would "call" my name in the lobby when my room is ready. I waited for 45mins before I followed up coz everyone in the lobby has been waiting for their rooms too. The front desk agent said my roon was ready - and yet no one reached out to me in the lobby to let me know I can pick up my room keys then go to my room.
