Think this a good hotel if it was well kept! All of the rooms have an Oder and has some damage also they have cockroaches and which made mad the amount of money that I paid this place should be immaculate

Richmonde is our home every time we go back in manila but this time I was disappointed though i know it’s old but the management should atleast make sure the cleanliness and repaint some furniture if they can’t totally renovate the entire hotel, the bathroom tiles must scrub remove the black dirts use coke and baking soda ( very affordable cleaner) atleast varnish the woods furniture cover or change upholstery of furniture the entire hotel used to be Home atmosphere but now a little scary and I am worried that if this will not address the issues eventually they will closed because a lot of new hotels nearby. A lot of employees will be jobless. So I hope the management should address the concerns restore bring back the Richmonde that we used to know. Hoping next time i stay i will feel the same atmosphere before Hotel that feels like Home.

Stayed here with my family. The staff are very nice and helpful. Everything is close by which is convenient for meeting family and friends. The rooms are a little bit old but it's alright. Very professional and safe!

Spent a couple of nights there in a junior suite. In the 21st floor well out of the way of city traffic noise. Place was clean, tidy and comfortable. The bathroom could do with a refresh though and the TV a bit basic. Would stay again as it was reasonably priced, very close to major shopping and restaurants and the staff very nice and helpful.
