the bathroom rug is not being replaced everyday. the sink has some solid dirt on it that we need to wash it off and it is clogged. It drainned so slow. The bathrobe that we left at the bed still on the bed . It should be replaced or hang at the closet. The guest elevator landing needs to be vacuum and the hallway needs to be retouched.

My stay was ok. The room was clean, bed was confortable enough, and all the facilities I used were functional. Staff was helpful and warm. The quality of their buffet breakfast though was inconsistent. In particular, their longganisa tasted cheap and worse than the average ones you get at the supermarket. The insaladang talong didn’t taste like one at all, just bad. The champorado was good though. My guests did not come back for seconds. Breakfast needs to level up.
