My stay was ok. The room was clean, bed was confortable enough, and all the facilities I used were functional. Staff was helpful and warm. The quality of their buffet breakfast though was inconsistent. In particular, their longganisa tasted cheap and worse than the average ones you get at the supermarket. The insaladang talong didn’t taste like one at all, just bad. The champorado was good though. My guests did not come back for seconds. Breakfast needs to level up.

My booking was done with 3rd party Expedia, i did book room depending on travel plans, i paid in full for 3 nights , the 4 th night was reserved for payment on arrival, its a same that bookings wete not on the system except for the 1st night even though the the Receptinist confirmed that i should even pay a deposit because i have paid for 3bnights upfron, my nightmare begand the 2nd day when came to the hotel who ever the man invthe Reception without any greeting said to me i was waithing for you, i couldnt enter my room as it was bard from entering, Shame such good hotel which i stayed two yers ago gave me a nearly heart attact, it was simple booking error that i have used two name in bookings eveen they took photoes at the checkin to veryfi my identification, well sadly this wasnt a best experience i had to praduce my interpretation passport to veryfy my full name to them so they could allow me to the room,well this will be my last time to Seds, i travel the world no one has humilated me like this, well its high time for the Rundown hotel lift its game becourse you didnt treat with dignity, after rectifiying again it didnt allow me to enter the room, what's going on Seda you have no idea how much i liked enjoing my first-hand experience 2 yers ago but for now this is my last i will never book seda if they cant get there facts right, mind you i was at Hilto the privios night, so you know i have stayed in 5 star hotels too,.the hotel is really rundown cosidering the hotel .

Room didn’t feel like it was cleaned well, towels were not fresh, carpet looks dirty. Linen didn’t smell clean. Carpet in hallway doesn’t look like it’s cleaned properly and had lingering smoking smell. WiFi disconnected as soon as you check out and could not longer use.

Stayed for 20 days and excellent customer service! Our server at the buffet every am by name of John was superb & awesome. The manager am breakfast daily went beyond and thank you so much for amazing customer service. Always nice for staff who remembers our names every morning we eat breakfast. Also our room person ( lady sort I forgot her name) was also exceptional & excellent. FYI we stayed Solaire across for 7 days prior to Seda & Seda hotel had better customer service rendered by all staff. We are booked again in January 2026 at Seda BGC and hoping to get same service. John and Graizel at the restaurant stood up. They asked us if we had a request and made me my favourite Tortang Talong. They made us so special and that well have a great experience at Seda. Although everyone were so nice and hospitable. Food selections were great aa well. Even the lounge on the 24th floor staff were amazing and security guards as well

Customer service is phenomenal. The food is great, some were ok but overall it’s good. The room is clean. Washroom has some opportunities that can be improved. Just the view from our room is not that good (squatters area) felt bad though
