I lost my parking ticket during a one week stay. I got another ticket from the entrance gate at 03:00 hours. And got a phone call from the front desk. Having stayed at seda locations over the last ten years and having several expensive catered events at seda bgc. They wanted me to pay 500.00 pesos for parking. I was appalled and felt disrespected . Thank you only to charmin , and Jericho . They follow eyou around in the premier lounge as if you’re going to steal something and give you a very uncomfortable feeling and uneasiness !

One of the most beautiful hotel I ever stayed in and I travel a lot. Beautiful pool area and incredible gym, I have never seen an hotel gym of that size before. Would love to come back.

Almost perfect!

I stayed in the hotel because of a function I had in their ballroom that evening. The room was great. Even the staff during registration and check out was great. It was only during breakfast when I requested that I have one side of the table free. I’m a bit claustro, but nothing was done to comply with my request. So I didn’t enjoy that part of my stay.

Lobby is very nice and clean , all the staff , from the lobby to housekeeping service very polite friendly and accommodating. It’s just the room where we stayed in , it smelled a bit musty , the shower stall has some “ old” molds which might need a general cleaning. Other than that, everything was very good.
