Awesome stay and excellent guest experience!

Excellent customer service and delightful stay. First time staying at Shangri-La and it was worth it. A/C in the premier suite was not as cold as I would’ve preferred but it was comfortable enough to keep me impressed.

- The floor of the unit we stayed in had deep stains. - The lampshade facing the living room had a broken shade that is visible upon entry in the unit - The unit doesn't get as cold as other hotels we've been in - The closet door is broken, I try to not open it often s I won't wake up my partner in the morning - The food was probably 2 star. - Inconsistent rules about hotel policies depending on who you talk to and what their perception of your economic standing. - The staff we're very attentive to our needs so that was nice but it could be better especially if you're spending five hundred dollars per day. - view was amazing - Andrea from the 40th floor is very consitent and has good customer service etiquette. - Will I return in the future? yes but with a heavy heart.

A couple fo suggestions: 1. Smoking area to put a couple of outdoor chairs for cigar smokers. 2. Outdoor cafe dining area the the swing doors should have auto openers as diners carrying trays have hands full 3. More different tea bags in rooms as oly green tea available.
