While already checked-in in Sheraton, I booked this extra room for my sister and her family. I asked for a portable extra bed, and it came right away. The place is big and clean. Staff are great and polite, which we appreciated. We always have a great experience at Sheraton. Definitely coming back here again.

Rooms, pillows was smelled rotten fish. I have to call the front desk to change it. Also, throw pillows in the sofa does not smell good(smelly). But with it comes to customer service they’re nice and prompt.

Well located hotel near international airport. Offers shuttle bus to bridge that connects to terminal 3 (10-15 minute walk to departures). Connected to Newport Mall and Casino. Room met expectations of 5 star hotel. Gym and swimming pool made my stay comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend and will re-book moving forward.
