Amazing stay!

The hotel.staff are all wonderful and very accommodating during our stay. It was a memorable stay for the kids. Breakfast buffet was amazing too!!! Many selection and very yummy.. our room.is very spacious and the bed are both comfy!

We had a great stay at Sheraton Manila! The location is perfect, especially for short stays, as it’s conveniently close to the airport—making travel hassle-free. Despite only staying for one day in Manila, we truly appreciated the comfort and quality service the hotel provided. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and relaxing, ensuring a restful stopover. The staff were accommodating and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again for future transit stays!

Best hotel near the airport.

Everything was amazing. I wont forget my stay in Sheraton for upgrading my room to loft as a complimentary on my birthday. I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.

Been using The Sheraton whenever we visit Manila. But this year, things were just not quite right. Wife noticed little things that appeared to be cost cutting measures in our room. But the biggest problem we had was the water temperature of the shower fluctuated quite a bit. On this trip, both my daughters tagged along. They had their own reservations and also mentioned the water temperature fluctuating. Wife was not happy at all. She is alreadying considering to stay elsewhere on our next Manila visit. I like the Sheraton, but if the wife is not happy, we may have to makes changes to our future visits to the Manila area.

As we were flying to the US the following morning, we wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport. This place is very close to the airport, though a taxi was still recommended. Staff were friendly and courteous, and we received an upgrade that exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, and plenty of bottled water was supplied. They offer express checkout, so I didn't need to wait in line to checkout. They do not have an airport shuttle, but they helped us quickly get a taxi to the airport.

The checkin knew I had a 5am flight and needed to be out at 2am to meet the flight and I had already stated I needed somewhere I could sleep and be ready for the next days travel, instead they put me on the 8th floor facing the airport and one of the busiest roads, on top of that children were playing in the corridor and a party was happening next door from 10pm until I left. The room smelt like someone had been smoking in it and the bathroom was very old and tired. Don’t get fooled by the bar, pool and restaurants. The place is not worth it. Bed was comfy though pitty you can’t sleep
