Poor customer service at the casino. Takes a long time and have to request many times for service to come when you request for water or any beverage or any issue with your machine. And one more thing, i was in line at the reception/ front desk to get my room key to get changed coz it was not working but there are these couple who just went infront of me and the receptionist just entertained them instead of telling them that i am in line waiting. She did not care that i was already there waiting in line. But other than that most of the staff were very courteous and attentive.

Short 1 night stay

We had a one night stopover in Manila we chose Solaire overall good experience, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Only negative about the room was that several of the electrical outlets were broken which meant trying to use one working one to charge multiple devices etc. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport which is one of the main reasons we chose the hotel.
