Disappointing service

Overall - this hotel is ok. A little uncomfortable and not family friendly (maybe the casino part has something to do with it?) Staff needs to be oriented as to what a CPAP is after almost confiscating my husband’s. When you’re wearing tank top as a guy, you’re only allowed towards the pool and nowhere else. I don’t know what to make of that setup.

The view , the luxury , the STAFF !!! Great hotel/casino , lots of choices for restaurants and entertainment , shopping and with the HUGE Mall of Asia close by, it's endless for choices . The theater in Solaire to concerts at MOA , you won't be bored . The staff , O.M.G..the staff are so incredible!! My family and I truly enjoyed our 2-night stay. The customer service from the registration, housekeeping, and other facilities was 5 stars!!! They go out their way to make sure you are comfortable. Our studio room was very luxurious. We also had a wonderful time at the pool area. I highly recommend this resort hotel and I would love to come back.
