Helpful and friendly staff. Air-conditioning works real good. Room service was fast, efficiently and very friendly. I liked the fact the they have complimentary shuttle to mall of Asia. The lobby was nice but the room is terrible. It's an old hotel, needs serious renovation, carpet smells inside the room and hallway, tub was painted with white pain, shower curtain to small, smell sewed inside the bathroom and room every time we flush the toilet. The window curtain was old, dusk dirty. The bathrobe was not clean. Everthing inside the room are very old but they are working.

Good stay with minor nuisances

Very limited temperature controls. The room was very cold with the air conditioning on the lowest settings. Clean room and great service. Room looked dated and tv kept losing network connection.

The breakfast were amazing the rooms were very ample and clean and the staff was very gracious and accommodating. The rain and wet made the foyer smell of mildew. That is the only issue i saw

Summer holidays

The property is centrally located, lots of places to eat. They have free shuttle to Mall of Asia. Our room was a little noisy but for the price I paid is ok. The bedding shows its age, well worn and the carpet shows it’s aged. It’s convenient and inexpensive
