Welcome! Our contemporary home is located in the heart of the Catskill Mountains on 5.26 acres. Ideal for family gatherings and reunions. Located just 1.5 miles from the village of Margaretville and 12 miles to many wedding venues located in the villages of Roxbury, Andes and Bovina. Nearby, 9 miles is Belleayre ski center and Plattekill ski is 10 miles.
An open air concept contemporary house with stone fireplace and woodstove. Enjoy the mountain view from inside through the sliding glass doors and sky lights or out on the wrap around deck. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms . One of the downstairs bedrooms is a large open space with three queen beds. The other four bedrooms have one queen bed. Plenty of room for the family. We also have our front desk concierge available at no charge and a 24 hr. emergency contact person

Wasn't clean!

There were dead bugs all around the house, in the kitchen, bathrooms & window sills. The fridge had a lot of leftover food particles. Towels were not in the best condition. This is not what you expect from a holiday home. All the reviews I read earlier said that the place was very clean, which is what attracted me to it, despite the fact that it was very old and not particularly attractive. And when we arrived, this is what we found out. Very disappointing!!

The house is spacious and Margaretville is a wonderful small town. Fit our group of 8 people comfortably, and Carol was terrific to work with. Highly recommend for a getaway—especially during fall.

Beautiful house in wonderful location

Everything about this stay was excellent. It is a lovely and comfy home, on a beautiful property, offers plenty of peace and quiet, and is in a great location. I recommend to anyone with a large group looking for a peaceful getaway in the Catskills.

Perfect setting

House was beautiful, and the pictures don’t do it justice. The convenience of the house and the town being 5 minutes away were spectacular. I will definitely suggest Carols property to anyone who’s looking for a getaway in the mountains

Amazing Weekend Getaway

The house was so perfect to celebrate my best friends 30th birthday with 13 friends. The property was AMAZING for a weekend getaway. We had so much space in the backyard to get creative with games during the day and the fire pit was an awesome place to hangout at night. The beds were so comfortable and there was ample space to sleep 13 adults. Lastly, Carol was super helpful and made the whole experience seamless. I highly recommend and we might even return in the winter!

ski weekend with family

The property was great for our family ski weekend. Our nieces and nephews liked the big downstairs room. It snowed and the snow was plowed promptly and the deck stairs cleared. Overall, we had a very nice time in Margaretville.

Great house! Winter Getaway

This house was great for our two day ski trip upstate. The house was able to accomodate our cooking and food needs as well as enough beds for 7 kids and 5 adults. The large room with 3 queen beds and two couches was a great hangout room for the kids. They loved having their own space to play and talk. The fireplace was great and we were able to enjoy the fire while relaxing in the living room area and while eating dinner. Close proximity (15-20 min drive) to the various mountains was a huge plus. Hoping to come back in the summer!
