Old blood on comforter

Hotel staff was amazing, kind, helpful and dud their job perfectly. The room on the other hand- there was old crusty BLOOD on the comforter we found after we slept already, no one was bleeding!! The shower was broken, the blow dryer was half on the wall, the bathroom door didnt latch to close, there was a dirty sock not ours found, the hot tub didnt work, this is our normal go to hotel, and we wont be back almost 200 bucks and we left feeling gross and swindled.

Loved the heated pool and kids hot tub, also the adult hot tub and sauna. Perfect temps very fun. Room was neat, clean and warm in a snowstorm. Continental breakfast included hard boiled eggs, yogurt, milk, breakfast buritto, waffles, oatmeal, cold cereal, fresh fruit, fruit juice, variety of breads, muffins, bagles cream cheese, peanutbutter, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location between downtown and highway shopping areas, best to have a car. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff, we didn’t use any of the extras such as pool, breakfast, etc…. However it all looked fine. My only complaint was nothing to do with the business itself, we had some obviously rambunctious kids upstairs that were unattended that ran, slammed doors and squealed until around 1 am. I didn’t complain to the staff just sucked it up. Overall good stay.
