We stayed at several motels/hotels during our 12-day vacation in the UP and this one was by far the best. The staff is excellent. We enjoyed an evening “social” with complimentary food and drinks as well as a very nice breakfast bar. The location is close to downtown/lake attractions. Super nice place.

Was told by front desk, No housekeeping on weekends to get blankets or towels . Fan in bathroom so loud couldn’t stand to run it while showering. Area is sketch. Right between 2 hospitals. Breakfast was decent. Room clean.
