Property needs maintenance. No telephone in the room. internet does not work. Place looks "very old" given it is not kept up with. Rooms need renovation. Place does not look like in the photos posted.

Todos son muy amables. Nuestra habitación estuvo a dos pasos de la alberca y nos dieron a elegir entre planta baja o planta alta. El desayuno normal pero suficiente. Recomiendo ampliamente. Muchas gracias por hacer grata nuestra estadía.

Emerald cost stop

The address information is not accurate I was expecting to find the hotel in Tecolutla but is on the high way 30 or 40 minutes away. The bathroom is bigger than the room, not enough space to storage luggage and room door is trans lucid so pretty light up early in the morning. Construction site next door very noisy hammering at 8:00 am and the service at the breakfast area was poor. Over all the rate is too expensive no worth it to pay for this service and the place.

El servicio del restaurante muy malo, nos quedamos y pedimos el desayuno cuando acudimos al restaurante nos llevaron lo que incluía el desayuno, solicitamos la carta para completar el desayuno y nunca nos llevaron ni la carta y faltaron cubiertos el mesero ya no volvía para preguntar si deseamos algo más, además que en la habitación no tenían toallas, mal servicio.

En general estuvo básico, lo único inconveniente es que la playa no está directamente en el hotel, tienes que bajar e ir al otro digámoslo así “terreno” para poder acceder a ella, pero dicha playa está descuidada, no hay palapas ni sillas ni nada porque no pertenece al hotel esta playa. Tuvimos que ir más adelante para rentar una palapa y disfrutar la playa
