The first floor boasts a large Master Suite (sliders to private deck, HD TV, walk in closet, Master Bath, cathedral ceilings), open kitchen, dining & great room (sliders to deck, new HD TV), living room (gas fireplace & cathedral ceilings), laundry, powder bath. The second floor has two bedrooms (new Queen, two twins) and a private loft (double pullout) and guest bath. Lower Level has large rec. room with wrap around sofa, office area, large HD TV, two twin beds, table for game playing and office area. Mashpee Commons and Popponesset Marketplace are just minutes away for fine and casual dining, shopping, yoga, nails, movies, mini golf, free outdoor concerts and more. Your deep water dock accommodates a 32 ft. boat suitable for shallow water (36" draft for low tide).
