A bad decision

Location was not bad. For a bottle of water, 10 Riyaal. I was able to get plenty of water bottle just cross the stree for free. . A cup of milk cost 10 Riyaal. No microwave was in room. You can use microwave in dinning area if you have bought food from the hotel. Customer service was terrible. All waiters and cleaning staff was friendly but they couldn’t make the difference due to poor management My stay was for a week but it was restless.

Nice decor, rooms can be cleaned thoroughly as there was alot of dust flying from the vents. The cafe staff were really good, excellent service and food from cafe was exceptional too.

I stayed with my family of four in a single bedroom with four beds in it. The room was spacious & clean. The location was good & 5- 7 minute walk from Haram. The bathrooms need upgrade rest it is a good hotel and I would recommend if want to be close to Haram.

Stay away at all costs. Found a cockroach in my room. 25 sar for a coffee from the coffee shop. No fresh coffee for breakfast. Carpet very very dirty. About a 15 min walk from haram. Cleaning staff nice and did their best, this hotel needs to change their carpets.
