I booked an executive suite, and a deluxe room. For the amount of money I spent, they could’ve added the free breakfast, they said it was expedias fault, made no effort to work with me. Also if you want to eat at their restaurant, suit and tie or you are not getting in

Horrible service, over priced, bad food, no services on Sunday. I work globally, my wife is Colombian and stays with her Mother. I come home every 3 months to see my family and stay in a hotel for privacy, never have issues with any other hotel my wife visiting, this hotel made my wife leave my last night here before I returned to Afghanistan because she left her ID at home, I had copies of her Passport, Drivers License, National ID, everything which they would not accept. I will never stay at this hotel again, staff was rude and unhelpful. I needed my clothes cleaned before departure but laundry service was unavailable on Sunday, this is a first for me at any hotel. Perhaps it's just me I don't know, my wife and I have stayed at Novotel all over the world and have always enjoyed the experience, it's a shame to me that the one on your hometown leaves you with the worst experience. If I were staying in Medellin I'd recommend the Loma Vista, Blues Suites or the Hotel Casa Victoria in that order, but would NEVER recommend this one.

I stayed for 3 days, and i really enjoyed my staying, was very surprising that the hotel is next to a big mall that was very convenient I was able to have a self-care day, breakfast was very delicious and staff very friendly.
