For the rate, this was a very good setup. Room size, amenities, cleanliness, bathroom were all good. Rooms were quiet (great for jet lagged patrons). Daily brunch was a good bargain - upscale/earthy continental plus pick a main and side from hot menu). Location to markets, shopping, and Chinatown without being IN them, was super. Staff were kind and helpful. Also great about holding luggage after checkout when we had a 2 hour layover between venues. Minor drawback - no pool or gym.

We really enjoyed our staycation in the city with this wonderful new hotel. The location was amazing, and made exploring the city really easy with everything on your doorstep. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. Room was very spacious for our needs, and the breakfast options were delicious. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent service from the start bring shown for outside where the hotel entrance was. Got early check in with IHG membership. Very friendly staff at reception that were interested in what we were doing in the city. Room very clean, neat, very quiet (heard no street noise at all) different pillow type choices were a bonus. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely stay again
