Excellent location for visiting Graceland and very nice staff, however; stank of sewage and carpeting in desperate need of shampooing etc. Mediocre bed and unfortunate bathroom, elevator got stuck and you could hear a woman screaming, a dirty neighborhood, not great.

We chose this property because of the airport shuttle and free breakfast. We really received a warm welcome from Ms. Duffy who picked us up from the airport and who we saw tending to the breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the many breakfast options and the pool was nice. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because while the hotel was clean we could tell some of the furniture/decor was very worn and some areas could use a detail cleaning. Overall we would stay here again.

Loved the pool and the workers are super nice. The picture on the sites isnt the same hotel as the one we are at at but its still a decent hotel for myself grannie and my kids to stay in while we was visiting graceland

We were disappointed to be checked into a room with a broken mirror, which was quite sharp. The toilet roll holder was none existent. We didn’t move rooms as it was inconvenient to do so.

The hotel staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. The pool was very clean and the area around the hotel, a part of the hotel, was well maintained. However, the area outside of the hotel area felt unsafe and there was nothing to do. You could walk to Graceland if you're a walker, but both the traffic and location felt dangerous. This is no fault of the hotel itself, however, and I felt very safe in the hotel area. The room was clean and comfortable, though the hall (2nd floor) had a funky, dirty water smell. It looked very clean, however, and there were no complaints at all in the room. It’s a reasonably priced hotel close to Graceland.
