Hello, I stayed for 1 week at the property. My first initial thought as I checked in the ladies at the front desk were very nice. Leading up to the room every floor carpet was dusty and stained as if hadn’t been cleaned in forever. My room had wet towels under a sink that leaked water and left mold residue. Bed bugs bit my ankles at night. Housekeeping replaced linen the sheets had red stains that look like blood. The rooms are extremely dusty. I could tell the maintenance and housekeeping are barely doing their job. It’s not much pride in tre work that they do here. Breakfast was really good. Hopefully this place gets the upgrades it deserves. I will not stay again.

Day of check in, reception lady very nice and helpful. Room had takeaway left over food still in room from previous guest. Different days, different staff, not as friendly. Advertise rooftop bar and show 5 beers available, after 2 beers, one has run out. Only 1 can of another brand available. Go back next afternoon and still haven't restocked beers. Except for first day, staff weren't customer focussed,

The staff was so nice and kind! The hotel is kind of dated and the carpet is in need of pulling up. Our AC was not working in first room and had to be relocated to a new room. It worked for the 2 nights we were there but I had to buy Lysol and spray everything very good before I felt comfortable. The location was also great and close to lots of restaurants and activities.

Great stay at a reasonable price.

We were very pleased with our stay. The Hu is just a few blocks from Beale and we had mo issues walking. We felt safe and there was always someone at the desk. Checking in and out was a breeze. Our stay was during the week so there was little traffic. Very clean but maybe tge bathroom was a bit dated. Hood water pressure and hot water came on quickly.

Our new go to place when staying in Memphis! The aesthetic was so cute and location was awesome. Parking cost extra but was easy to do at the front desk. The roof was fun and drinks were delicious. Not everything was perfect, broken cabinet and toilet paper holder fell off the wall a couple times but for the price I can easily overlook these things. BUT YALL THE STAFF WAS AWESOME!!!!! They were so kind and friendly and made us feel so welcome! We were always greeted every time we exited or entered and staff opened our doors for us! They were just a lot of fun.
