The receptionist Ebony was amazing! She turned around what started as an awful trip. She was very accommodating and ensured that we were taken care of.
Initially we booked the ADA double room, which we were not happy with when we arrived. The carpet had multiple stains. The toilet was loose and shifted each time it was used. The showers had no doors or a clear distinction from the entire bathroom floor and the shower floor, just a shower head. This was not photographed in the pictures shown when we booked. The sink was also clogged and the handles had gunk around them, as if it hadn’t been cleaned. I was very unhappy with the room and had decided to pack up my things and cut my vacation short-only after staying for 1 night.
I went to the front desk to check out multiple days early and that’s when I met Ebony and things were drastically turned around. She seen I was very unhappy and near tears from the disappointment in having to cut my trip short due to the things listed above. She immediately jumped into action and asked me what could she do to make things better and to keep my vacation going. She offered an upgraded room and gave an entire itinerary on things to do nearby. She was more than willing to help. I stayed because of her. Her willingness to help didn’t stop there. She continued to reassure me that she would take care of anything i needed. Each time I passed her she greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. Very grateful for her. She’s the best!!!!!
