Friendly staff. Quiet location with great highway access. Many nearby restaurants and shopping. 15-20 minutes from Midtown/20-30 minutes to Memphis tourist spots. Appreciated having ice water available all day in lobby. One of two elevators was not operating during our 3-night visit so we sometimes used the stairs instead.

Good stay, besides the elevator. The elevator was broken so there was only one for the entire floor hotel. We waited awhile for the elevator and then squished ourselves in when it arrived.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. A good quality hotel for a reasonable price.The hotel was full of travel baseball players for a local tournament but I hardly heard anything .

Check in was A breeze!!!! Staff was all very nice and friendly. Loved how spacious our room was and soooo clean!!! The pool looked great as well. This was the best continental breakfast ive ever seen. We will definitely be back!!!
