Very clean property. Excellent customer service! It was a wonderful experience. A little pricey. They should offer discounts for those who paid for airfare, hotel, and tour. The Elvis shops are very expensive. Aside from that, the restaurants and hotel are excellent! I hope to return someday when I have more time. Thank you.

What I liked, delta dining and the bar and grill was absolutely great!!! Friendly service!! The rooms was very well kelp and clean. The gift shop attendant was very helpful and friendly! The shuttle ride was amazing very friendly drivers! Our tv didn’t work in our room most of the time. What I didn’t like, the front desk and lobby attendants were not friendly at all! Over all it was a great stay!! And we will b returning!!

Great place to stay

Traveling back home to St. Louis from New Orleans. We have stayed here before. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. We like the fact there are a couple dining options and two bars on property. Staff is very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a trip to Graceland and a stay at the Guesthouse and it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful! The staff was so nice and helpful! We will be back!

Great for a Graceland visit.

Great hotel and ideal location for visiting Graceland . Convenient free shuttle from the airport (just call when you get to the airport). Good food options at the hotel and a handy coffee shop. The theatre shows a different Elvis movie every night or there is often live music in the bar.

We stayed one night and did the Graceland tour which we were able to book in the gift shop. We enjoyed sitting outside on the property listening to the Elvis tunes that are in the background. It had a warm and welcoming feel. Live music in the lobby as well as PB&J’s and milkshakes.

The hotel has el lovely and welcoming lobby. I loved that they play Elvis Presley music all day. The staff is very friendly. I totally recommend this hotel. I'm definitely going black.
