We had a great one night stay! From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed. The room was perfect, the bed linens smelled really fresh and clean! Anne Hamilton made our night with 9pm pb&j with chocolate milk! Her knowledge and deep personal history of Elvis and his family was thorough and enchanting. She is a true gem.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were happy to be able to check in a little early without any problems. The room was beautiful with a nice view of the courtyard. It was easy to find as we were going to Graceland and the hotel is within walking distance. Everything was clean and beautiful with Christmas decorations on display all around. Would highly recommend staying here even without the Graceland visit as there are plenty of things to do and see...several eating places, beautiful courtyard, entertainment including live performers and free movies all without leaving the hotel.

We arrived in Memphis and called for the shuttle. We were met promptly and with a welcoming smile. We arrived early and chose to check in sooner then normal time. Check in staff were attentive and informative about dining choices and entertainment. The beautiful Christmas tree and decorations in the lobby were magical. Our room was perfect and peaceful. The bed was comfortable and we loved the Elvis channel options on the television. All of the little special touches and nodsto Elvis in our room and throughout the hotel are unique and thoughtful.

Was highly disappointed. People from all over the world come here. It is overpriced and outdated. There is trash all over the property. The surrounding area is awful. The streets are a mess. You would think the city would put some care into a place that draws that many tourists. The hotel staff had no idea about anything to do with Graceland. Are they not the same property? The bathrooms have no fans, there is no water pressure, and the toilet ran forever ever flushing.
