It was okay, could’ve been better.

Beautiful hotel, however my tv didn’t work in the room nor refrigerator. I addressed the tv issue, nothing happened. At check, I explained that the tv nor refrigerator worked and I wasn’t shown empathy nor anything complementary for the issues. I had food in the fridge that went bad

The inside seems nicer than the outside. We made our choice based on the pool and even though we asked at check in if it was open, it was locked when we arrived moments later. The following day the pool opened 1 hr before checkout which was inconvenient. We were not able to swim at all. Rooms were a bit inconvenient to walk to from the elevators.

Very nice quiet and comfortable stay. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Check in/out was a breeze. The free breakfast was a plus and exceeded my expectations. Room service was on the ball! The negative to report is we would've loved to have two chairs instead of one because of my wife and I's handicap we relax better in a comfortable chair than lying in bed.

Floors in the room hallway were super slippery like they used pledge on the hard floor. outside cones denoted tripping hazards. No guides or anything inside rooms. It was quiet which was good. Room was clean and in good older condition

I will never stay there again because the hot water wasn’t working good had bugs flying in the room like nets I’ll say stains on chairs the hallways was all ways hot didn’t know way but I want stay there again and ohh the front desk guy when I was checking in he keep on giving me hard time over and over I was just having a bad night that night but it’s over now thank god I’m safe and out peaceful

I only stayed one night. The dressing chair in my room was heavily stained. I just needed a bed to sleep in which was comfortable enough. It was quiet until the morning until i heard someone dribbling a basketball outside my window to which there is a basketball court. The hotel is big and has a restaurant inside. The only thing i used and didn't like was that the elongated toilet seat didn't match the rounded toilet and felt uncomfortable. I would stay again for the price i paid. It's a beautiful older hotel that would be excellent for weddings and formal gatherings.
