We tried to check in 2 hour early and I was charged an extra $30 per room . The rooms were dirty and old looking . The bathroom door didn’t even close , didn’t have a knob . The sink sprayed water when you open it up . The tube in both rooms were clogged up . This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been too . One room smelled like smoke and it had a no smoking sign .

Had an event nearby, so the location was near-perfect for a 1-night stay. Booked an inside room but still had to go outside and up outdoor stairs in drizzle to reach. I think elevator was out of order. Still has a covid-era setup with a tiny slot for your card/id. Not likely to stay there again 7-11 right next door, which we used for breakfast. Bed and room were OK. Staff was friendly

Place is run down and old. Bathroom is disgusting sink water did not run down bathroom definitely needs a cleaning and painting for sure and door kept sticking. Towels and sheets did not look clean and white as should be. Never drag there again. Very disappointed.

Booked room 202 on 6/14/25 when we checked in room was dirty, trash left from previous guest and had a very odd stench and after trying to circulate and air out the room for a hour and a half it didn’t go away when so we checked out. They didn’t give us a refund but they do have a policy about charging 20 dollars an hour for every hour you check in early or late but refused to give us our refund because we had the room for a hour and a half even tho we could’ve went off they’re policy and took the 30 dollar hit. The pictures that are advertised are not at all the same as the condition or the building it’s very worn down paint stripping off walls, cracks in the walls and the parking lot turns into a literal lake when it rains. They should advertise this as a motel 6 so that people are miss guided when booking a room here.

Please - trust me - do not stay here. It was filthy - walls, shower, floors, bedding. Sink didn’t work and the bathroom ceiling was leaking. It actually felt unsafe.

Not sanitize. The sheet wasn't clean. The room wasn't clean. The bathroom wasn't clean, nothing wasn't clean. And on top of that when you asked to change your room, they refuse there was no access to anything like wife or TV not even a microwave I never been disappointed in my life Expedia you have felt.

The old paint is chipping in the bathroom on one entire wall, and the tub is also chipped and dirty-looking. The key card did not work when I got back to the hotel late at night—I had to bang on the window to get someone to come out. The worker, Hush, was rude and obnoxious, blaming me for the card not working and being unable to open the door. Another manager came to help. Hush yelled at my friend and me and told us to go to another hotel. Very rude.

The whole room needs to be updated bathroom ceiling falling, bathroom door would not close, the sheets were terrible for a 2 day stay because we needed to be in the area, And expensive for what you get so just worth pay more to be in a better PLACE THAT YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE IN, BATHRROM ALONE MAKES YOU FEEL DIRTY

I was disappointed in the condition of the room - it wasn't expected. For the cost very unexpected. This place needs upgrading and repairs, paint job, sheets weren't clean. It was beyond disgusting. It's hard to believe it's advertisement shows the rooms in tip top shape.
