This hotel had a lot of bang for the buck. The location was great, the rooms were wonderful and the pools were amazing. The exceptional part of this hotel is the staff, Sebastian and Paul at the pool, Ishmael at the bar created amazing cocktails and Ty the manager was great. I can’t wait to come back.

Our stay at the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, Autograph Collection was absolutely wonderful! I would especially like to recognize the amazing staff — one young woman named Hannah and another name might have been Natasha. They went above and beyond to make sure my mom had an unforgettable time! ❤️ It was her 70th birthday trip, and they surprised her with a card written in Polish, a beautiful cake delivered to the room, and Prosecco. I was genuinely impressed by their kindness and attention to detail. My mom was blown away and said she felt truly special. Thank you, Cadillac Hotel team, for making her birthday celebration so memorable ❤️ — you turned a nice trip into a precious memory! 😍

The ocean view was not as clear as i would have liked it to be, but it wasn't bad either, beautiful palm trees helped the view to be not so bad, the hotel was very clean, the hospitality was awesome, from the front desk to the valet, the rooms dont have refrigerators, but you can request one, as well as a microwave. The only problem i had was they ignored the do not disturb, I had the dont disturb light on and when we came back they had put two childrens beach bags in the room, it was the last day but we hadn't checked out yet.when it was told to the front desk during checkout they said that they would talk to them about it, but who knows what they did about it . But overall its a beautiful hotel, I would stay there again.

The fact that everything was closed early. Whether it be the pool or the lawn chairs with the umbrella i paid for. Really felt that i could relax for an extended period of time. You pay all this money and can't enjoy it. It's a nice place and the staff are friendly but would have taken my money elsewhere had i known.

I should start and say the staff are great BUT they work with what they have. I had to call 3 time to fix the AC - 4th time i asked and approved to move a room. The shower head is old and not well because of fur (both rooms).
