The place is beautiful and relaxing. Room was exactly as expected. Our flight arrived early and the staff let us keep our luggage at the hotel so we could explore until our room was ready. Only inconvenience was that I asked for a late check out for 12pm because we had a later flight. The hotel charged hourly for a late check out.

The location was convenient, safe, and walkable at any time of the night or day. Hotel grounds were always being cleaned thruout the day. No pool here but there was one at sister hotel up the street. I would definitely book here again! Thanks to Alex, manager and Alexis the hotel clerkt hat worked alll weekend!

The room was run down. There wasn’t even a mirror. The bed was so soft my back was killing me everyday. The lock on the door was janky. Upon arrival I wanted to take a shower … no towels or wash cloths smh. Great location but if I liked the room more I would’ve stayed at the bar and ordered food but the atmosphere was so dated I chose to spend money somewhere else. Most importantly when I got to the property I was charged an additional $100 for something that the front desk couldn’t even explain. I still gave no clue why I paid an additional $100. I’m very disappointed.

The room was very run down. Night stands were damaged, the mirror in the shower and walls were damaged, and tge window in tge room had duct tape covering something. The ac / heater had a bad smell coming from it. The elevator was broken on the day we checked out and no one offered to help with the luggage, going down 3 flights of stairs. They also chose not to put a sign on tge elevator to inform guests that it was broken.

The front desk staff weren't friendly this time around. I paid for early check in basically for nothing because the room wasn't available until almost check in time. Very disappointed. I lost a room due to a flight being canceled in Philly never refunded or even worked with about the situation which was not doing to have to cancel. I think my run booking this location after 7 stays may be done.

Great staf, small, but cozy room, not too noisy. You could hear some noises from putside, but not ebmnough to be boyhersome. Bed was pretty firm, but ok. Alexis at the front desk was absolutely perfect! He made sure we had everything we needed and were as comfortable as possible.

Arrived to the suite but it was nice but not very clean. The sheets had dust and long black hair on /in between the sheets. Floors did not feel clean to my feet and overall didnt feel clean. Ask for room to be clean and waited a few hours and had to request cleaning/towels upon return. Very dissatisfied and will not recommend or return to this hotel.
