The hotel was smaller than I thought, the room was smaller and even that I was in a premium room, my window was looking at a wall next to an ally, where at 6am started to sound garbage truck.

This property is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It’s a refurbished 2 1/5 star hotel with cosmetic changes only. This means that functionally it is still a 2 star hotel with elevators out of commission, A/C units noisy as rockets and creaky doors all over the place. The hotel staff heavily prioritizes Spanish speaking guests and the service isn’t that great for others.
