We were very disappointed that the ocean front view room did not provide access to listening to the waves. The room at night was too noisy with traffic and loud music outside. In the early morning at 8 AM, cars in front of the hotel were revving their engines repeatedly. This was not our expectation for this hotel so we will not return.

It has the perfect location for family trip. FYI. There's no parking in the building but public parking is very close($20 per day) and the hotel charges about $50 per day as an amenity fee. Friendly staff and the hotel is very nice VS hotels nearby.

Loews is an excellent hotel. I cannot fault the amenities, rooms or the service. I have rated it 4 simply because it was a little bit too corporate and frankly large for us. On retrospect we should’have gone for a more Boutique type experience. But that is no fault of the Loews.

loved the entire property and our stay the only thing i would say was bad was not being able to get the skyline view/balony we originally booked and the windows in our room. one being jammed that had to be forced open and the other not staying up and having to be propped up with something. but other than that stuff it was a really enjoyable stay

Lobby is beautiful, very inviting. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient valet parking. Room was nice and clean, but room and bathroom had some wear and tear. Pool is very nice but too crowded to enjoy and closed too early. Food/drink prices high. Free beach chairs & towels were great service.
