Both the hotel facilities and the room were spotless. Mercedes and Eduardo, at Reception, made a huge difference, providing excellent advice and taking care of all our needs. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from Ocean Drive and the beach, with many shops and restaurants around. We used the valet service, also very good, but there is also a public parking nearby. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a fantastic location, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The room itself was modern, updated, and very clean, which I appreciated. However, there were a few downsides that affected my stay. There was no complimentary water provided in the room, which felt like a basic amenity that should have been included. The bathroom was disappointing—the water pressure was extremely weak, and there was no makeup mirror available. Additionally, the hair dryer provided was quite old and not very effective. Overall, while the location and room design were excellent, the lack of attention to guest amenities and bathroom quality left room for improvement.

The bed was comfortable and quiet. Room being a suite with seating area was fantastic. The bathroom set up was not great. No countertop space put anything in sink area. Tub shower combo was not great- super slipper tub with no mat. low water pressure. Perfect location and very nice staff. restaurant next door was great for breakfast although very expensive.

Quarto bastante amplo e arejado, excelente localização. Estacionamento, apesar de não ser no local, é próximo, conveniente e com preço justo. A piscina é ofurô estão com excesso de tratamento, pois desbotou a bermuda (nova) que utilizei no único dia em que frequentei. O que também pesou na avaliação foi o café da manhã. Na descrição, não cita que o café é servido a lá carte, com pouquíssimas opções, no restaurante que fica ao lado do hotel. Pelo preço, não entregou o que prometia e frustou um pouco, considerando que ficamos no hotel por 5 noites.
