The notebook was an excellent property the staff was phenomenal especially Tony he was by far the best host I could’ve asked for full of recommendations and advice on the area

Great location, cute decor. But hire some professional cleaners, pest control and invest in towels. CLEAN, put some money and effort and people will return. Otherwise NEVER again. I would rather pay twice the amount to not sleep on filth.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I paid extra to get a room earlier. The room wasn't even cleaned. The floors were dirty with crumbs of dirt. The Bed was made but sheets weren't even changed. There was hair on the sheets. I found pieces of weed crumbs under the sheets. The shower knob was broken. I couldn't turn the water off. I went down to let the receptionist know. He said, I'm not a handyman. The toilet wasn't cleaned and the bathtub still had hair stands from the last person that was in the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The worst hotel to ever get in Miami Beach

Service and room was terrible , mold round tub , shower wasn’t clean I had to clean it myself the shower water was barely working plus cold water doesn’t work. never provided wash clothes or towels counter workers was very rude….. wish I could provide photos I was too busy worrying about having a good time
