All of the above rude staff nasty rooms, no hot water and the elevator didn’t work. I was on the 3rd floor I’m 56 and my partner is 61 we’re had to take our own luggage up the 3 flights after being moved twice before we got that room. Day staff rude unconcerned and FaceTiming friends while working. Poor customer service and very bad stay at the hotel!!!

My room was missing a towel, tissue and a blanket upon check in. The front desk host was good with bringing the items to my room immediately. Shower curtain was stained with specs of mold. Great location close to beach and shops. Hotel needs a revamp or should make the price even lower for what they offer.

Do not book this hotel, especially if you are a woman traveling alone. I did not have high expectations based on the price, but when I tried to check in, the front desk told me there was an additional $100 deposit as well as a 22.80/day resort fee. I told him this was the first i was hearing of this and would be happy to pay if I could see the policy in writing somewhere. He gave me so much attitude and told me I "didn't have to check in." So great, the low-priced hotel came with hidden fees. Still waiting to be refunded my deposit. The room itself was FILTHY. The window looked into some furniture storage room for the hotel, the floors in the bathroom were mildewed, no trash bag lining the trash can...a sinister-looking mess. every surface was grimy, the mirror was broken, etc. When I came back to the hotel at night by myself, the lights were all off in the lobby and one employee was just pacing the lobby by himself. He was nice, but it was a creepy sight. Someone kept trying to (unsuccessfully) open my door while I was in the room as well. The one plus is, being between California and NYC, i found their vending machine prices to be very reasonable. but overall i cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anybody. It may work if you are a young man trying to save some money, but women or families should not stay here. I have learned my lesson about booking a cheap stay. And with the hidden fees, this was not so cheap in the end.

We checked in at 12:30 in the morning after a very long day full of flight delays. The night clerk, although we called to confirm that somebody would be open at that late hour. Did not know we were coming in. She proceeded to talk for almost 30 minutes when all we wanted to do was sleep. There were no towels or washcloths in the room in the room. The day clerk was extremely rude and unfriendly and advised us we had to leave our driver's license to get towels, even though when there was $100 deposit on file. File. This place is nothing like the photos on hotels.com show it to me. I would never go here again.

Location is great, easy access to beach and boardwalk. On bus and the free tarm service route. Bathroom was a bit grubby on the floor. No towels provided in the room and when we asked, they wrre tiny towels! Floor in room was a bit grubby. Some guests were interesting and some noisy arguments/ TV No food options but there was a vending machine and fridge in the room, which was helpful Room said cutlery was provided but it wasnt, safe did not work , no power to it. One bedside light didnt work. Room was freezing as AC was very low, but when we asked it is not controsble for each room. One control for whole hotel. We had to wear hoodies in bed even with the duvet provided! Pillows amd bed were like rocks and a plastic matress protector covering on the bed!! A very sweet hostel style, hotel. Staff were helpful and we enjoyed our stay. It was very reasonably priced but I wish they had said no towels etc. You wouldn't want to stsy more than a couple of nights.

I paid a low rate for the hotel. Upon arrival the gentleman at the front desk was unfriendly and with lack of customer service training. My room was outdated and poorly decorated. The building in general is not in the best chape. The flickering chandelier, dirty hallways with a lot of exposed pipes and wired provides a industrial look. Also a heavy odor if marihuana in the hallways. Location is good. Easy access to the beach and the area seems to be safe. Some limited eating options but Primo’s cafe mark was a great option to get quick food, snacks, etc. Also CVS is just a cumple blocks away. I definitely got what I paid for and I’m ok with that. I little better costume service cold go a long way here.

The TV did not work, the beds were hard, the pillows were old and thin. The next door people were loud and playing music past midnight. We left the property and had to get another hotel. The manager had left already so we did not get a refund, but we deserve one.
