This was a great place to stay as it was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. A little bit of a hike to Lincoln Road but still can walk to a lot of places. Couple of blocks from the beach. Overall was perfect for a weekend reunion. Would stay here again for sure.

South Pointe Points

Great location, in my opinion. Quiet, yet a short walk away from some action. Quality restaurants a block to the south is key. We did Prime Italian and Stone Crab Joe’s. Gotta do Joe’s! South Pointe Tavern was a chill spot for a whiskey. For a rooftop experience, Watr up on 23rd St was a hotspot. The Sextant itself was a neat setup. Concrete floors with an open floor plan. Safe area with a security gate to enter. The rooftop pool area was nice. 3ft deep. Not heated. Lounge chairs provided. I didn’t check in until arrival and the code didn’t work initially. However, the virtual concierge was helpful and we figured it out. Oh yeah, there is a local market across the street for essentials and it had a food counter that stayed busy, though I didn’t try. All in all, I recommend the unit and would visit again. Thanks.

Renovation and Upgrades needed

I would never recommend my clients here. The couch had stains all over it. The tv in the master couldnt be plugged in although it was mounted to the wall. The entire apartment needs renovating asap. Bathrooms old and outdated. There was a constant noise in the hallway but we couldn't tell where it was coming from, possibly the AC unit. This unit should be taken oit of rental selections until upgrades are done.

This spot is perfect for a group, the location is super close to the beach and restaurants. The pool on the top deck was amazing with a great view of the city. It worked out perfectly for our girls trip.

Was a little disappointed in the shower not working, wasn’t that big of a deal we had 2 but something that should have been checked out before we arrived Also wanted to check in an hour earlier, left text and no response and ended up having to call. Over all unit was very clean and had everything you needed. The location was amazing.

Long weekend on South Beach

Great location. Relatively loud neighborhood well past midnight, but was expected. Rooftop pool was convenient. Upon arrival, there was confusion about which unit was ours, and we initially were placed in a 2 bedroom, but quickly had it changed to the 3 bedroom unit we reserved. Great experience overall.
