The hotel and staff were great, offering excellent service and a comfortable stay. However, the restaurant that the hotel provided vouchers for could use some improvement. The hostess was more focused on her phone than her guests, and we waited around 15-20 minutes before being greeted by a server, as the hostess hadn't informed them we had arrived. The food also arrived cold, and the servers seemed overworked, which impacted the overall dining experience. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to improve communication between staff and ensure that all areas of service, including food temperature and customer interactions, are addressed.
