The hotel was absolutely lovely, the pool was incredible, the room was perfect. The main reason for the review is the incredible staff at the Plymouth. I've never felt more welcomed and at home before. It was a truly exceptional experience. Igiann at the front desk is a treasure! She is incredible, kind, hard working, and does it all with warmth and a smile. She went above and beyond to make my sure my stay was comfortable and pleasant. She was in constant communication with me when there was a small issue. She is exceptional, 5 stars, and I will stay again because of her service, alone. Walter at the pool bar is another stand-out at the Plymouth hotel. Friendly, kind, accommodating, elevated service, and phenomenal personality. He's fast, efficient and is always smiling. He was wonderful. I can't remember the name of the bellhop from Argentina but he is also incredible! He does the work of 5 men! He's always friendly, smiling and helpful. Thank you to the staff at the Plymouth. I will be back. It felt like my home away from home. Warmest regards!

What a nice hotel! Even gave us complimentary drinks upon arrival, as well as front desk and helper were fantastic. So easy to walk to downtown and the beach service was much appreciated. We had a great time!

The hotel was very nice, the staff was excellent and the food / bar was great! The beach is a short walk away and beach chairs and towels are included! The rooms are small, but the atmosphere and vibe are great!

The property was nice, however the check-in process wasn't. We arrived at 315 pm and we were told we would be in our room before 4pm, regular ck in time. We weren't in our until almost 430pm. Lisa was the only attendant and seemed stressed. She never smiled,. We honestly didn't feel any hospitality welcome.The mini fridge in the room didn't work so we had to throw away or food. There was no ice easily available. Location was good and neighborhood too. Easy walk to Washington st eateries.

Very helpful and pleasant staff members! Especially the girl ( Elsa?, not sure about the spelling) she tried above and beyond to make sure our staying is comfortable and well accommodated. The hotel is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and location is convenient to all the places.

The writing desk in each room has a chair situated on ceramic tile. When the occupants in the room above you move around on that the chair it sounds like overhead construction making sleep very difficult. Otherwise the property and staff are very nice, however if you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you.
