We stayed summer of 2024 and November of this year 2025. Both times the rooms were very clean. This time though our room was absolutely infested with mosquitoes. Went twice to the front desk to let them known the second time I was given a can of mosquito repellant and was told it was not an issue. My son was absolutely eaten alive from mosquitos. I noticed they were particularly bad in the bathroom, and think they were coming in through the drains. For a $400 a night hotel I think this is un acceptable. It is a beautiful hotel , no doubt. But you should not have to spray yourself yourself with DEET while staying in the room. Period. Also when not being eaten alive by mosquitoes, there are few places to relax on the property. Last visit , the pool area closed at 7 , it now closes at 5pm ! This is to provide more space for the sushi restaurant downstairs to have more tables. The lobby is packed with restaurant guests and Uber eats delivery drivers and there is no where really go besides your room .. I truly felt like it’s a restaurant first $ and a hotel second. And on a side note 2 “complementary “ coffee pods for a 4 night , $1600 stay is absurd. Do better. Probably won’t be staying again.

The service was impeccable!! Pool and restaurant were wonderful. Location is awesome also, walking distance to beach. The only drawback was a huge palm tree that banged on our window all night.

I could not fault this hotel, from the facilities to the staff who were extremely attentive and helpful. The pool area was amazing, the pool was lovely and warm. The bed in our room was so comfortable. Overall, we had an amazing experience.

Courteous and friendly staff, 2 free drinks by the pool were great. Location is quiet, but close to many great places to eat and the beach. Hotel has a unique feel to it vs a chain. Free bikes were great but weren’t always available. Rooms were clean but on the smaller side

Pool was closed on the evening of arrival for private event, no microwave, refrigerator is a joke. Beach chairs without an umbrella are useless. Have to call for ice, sometimes more than once to get it. Very clean, staff is friendly and helpful, good location.

The best From of House staff I have ever seen! I booked the wrong date and at arrival found out. I have been made at ease and sorted out easily. The Hotel itself is just gorgeous and I can not wait to return!
