Staff was friendly and efficient. Bed comfy, super quiet & safe. I stayed only to sleep for a few hours during a snowstorm to be close to the hospital down the road so I didn’t have to drive far in the snow. It was expensive but worth the safe commute to work. Their parking lot was plowed and accessible.

We stayed 1/22-1/25. The staff were great. The only minor issues were breakfast. There was no sugar for the coffee, the eggs and sausages were cold and by the time we got there at 9:10am a lot of items were either gone or not being restocked appropriately. I've stayed a few times before and never had that issue.

I booked this hotel based on its excellent reviews, but unfortunately my experience did not meet those expectations at all. The property is in very poor condition. The rooms were dirty, the furniture is outdated, and the paint was peeling from the bathroom ceilings. It is clear that the rooms are in need of proper maintenance and significantly better housekeeping. During my stay, I was moved three times, and each room had the same issues; dusty surfaces and AC unit, dirty bathrooms, and beds that appeared as though the sheets had not been changed. This was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable, especially given the reputation this hotel seems to have online. The only positive aspect of my stay was the front desk staff, who were extremely helpful and did their best to assist me throughout the situation. Unfortunately, their efforts could not make up for the overall condition and cleanliness of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless major improvements are made.
Sheets were covered in this short hairs on one of the rooms they tried to give me.
Area around the toilet was extremely dirty in the two of the three rooms.
AC units were dirty in all three rooms

We had a hard time locking the door. We had to pull up on the door in order for it to lock. It had a very unwelcoming smell to it like a insect spray in the entire building We were on the first floor and the blackout curtain only covered half the window. The other half of the window had a sheer curtain

Good sized room and plenty of parking accessible from the back. The breakfast had some gluten free options such as the eggs and sausage. I would recommend the hotel to mark the items for any allergies to make it easier for the guests to make their choice and maybe a few more gluten free items such as cereals would be very appreciated. Staff was very helpful. Would stay here again.
