We were in the unrenovated portion of the hotel. The room had a bit of dust and debris on the floor which was quickly remedied when we pointed it out. The breakfast included was good and the service was pleasant. It’s a great location, near a Metro, and also the shopping both very high end and high street. Would stay again.

Room was very dated and old. Hallway leading up to the room - looked like motel 6. Got real key ball with room number attached to it. Not very convenient to be walking around Milan with tennis ball in your pocket. Looked a lot better in pictures than it’s actually is.

Halter has been completely renovated amazing modern room, it 3 blocks from the Bera dining and 10 min from the city center. Best quality to price I have had drudging this Italy trip. Thing to note: there is no parking, it’s a hassle to find a spot but that goes to pretty much anywhere in Milan

It’s central to everything, the property itself was beautiful, the restaurant in the hotel is great. There isn’t much option for food or a supermarket to pick up water or necessaries if need be however

The front desk staff was great!! The rooms that we stayed in were recently remodeled! They were deluxe double or queen beds. Air co. Worked great and it was 95f out so nice to get back to a cool room. The bar was just ok. Not the friendly spot to get info from so just ask the front desk.

Mid town, mid class jewel of a hotel

We stayed 2 nights in this very nice and clean hotel. It is perfectly located for a weekend in Milano with shopping, city walking, side street cafe life and late night adventures. Our upgraded room seemed to be newly refurbish with fresh designed interior, a fantastic bathroom with steam shower and hot tub and modern lighting design. We enjoyed it very much and the breakfast was far above average for Italian hotels. We would stay here again and recommend it to anybody as a mid class, mid town jewel.

Could have been better

We traveled when it was unseasonably hot, the A/C did not keep the rooms cool. I booked 3 rooms , 2of the 3 were place on older floors (mine) and the 3rd was on a floor that was modernized. Although we paid the same price on hotels.com and shown the same picture the rooms didn’t look like what we paid for. The staff was excellent but accommodation could have been better
