It was very cute and homely, however the interior design was a little bit outdated but nothing which impacted the stay. The initial directions given were a little bit confusing but once we asked the reception we were guided to the right path. It’s a lovely location with an amazing gelato store very close by as well as a gorgeous church nearby. There are many amenities such as a washer and drying rack and a fully equipped kitchen.

Aurora residence is beyond our expectations. Every basic needs available and we felt like home. Very clean and organised. Station is 12min walk, lovely ice cream shop and also have small shopping store for milk and stuff only 3min walk. Hina from 🇬🇧 Uk

Great hospitality and helpful

The staff are very friendly, proactive and helpful. Daily room cleaning is very good. Staff helped us to make restaurant booking. Because we can't speak Italian, their assistance meant a lot to us. We enjoy staying at Hotel Residence Aurora.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Residence Aurora

Hotel Residence Aurora is a fantastic place to stay if either visiting Milan, Monza or the surrounding areas. We booked it to see family in Palazzolo and the hotel is fantastic; the apartment we booked is huge (plenty of space for us and our baby). Very clean, very modern design and feel whilst retaining a lot of Italian character. Reception welcome was very friendly and communication before our visit was perfect. Located close to the town centre + there is a fantastic ice cream shop round the corner in the town square next to the church. Easy access to the motorways and only a 5-10 minute walk to the train station where you can get into central Milan in half an hour. Highly recommmended!

Good family residence hotel

The property is very nice. The only thing that we didn’t like was that the fridge had a piece broken from the door. It wasn’t a big deal but it made a bit of a difference when we were trying to maximize the small space. We were a family of four, so it was otherwise perfect for the need. We were there to care for a family member that was having surgery. The people spoke English and were very accommodating and very nice. I would definitely stay again.

Spacious - friendly welcome - handy train to milan

Really pleased with our choice of hotel. Had a hire car and being able to park at the hotel essential. Friendly welcome and nice spacious apartment in hotel set back from th Road. Really clean and modern. Train cost 2.20 to milan and runs every half hour to milan and took 23 mins. 10 min walk to station, Highly recommended ( also great gelteria 2 mins from hotel)

Great Stay!

I found the check in process very quick and easy. I also arrived by car and found it easy to park underneath the hotel. When in the room I found it to be clean. Had no problems while staying at the hotel and would definitely stay again. The bed wasn’t that comfortable but for one night was fine. I also found check out to be quick and painless.

Location, to far from Milan. You have to take a train and a subway to get the city's main attraction. 45 minutes at least

Not close to Milan

This place is nowhere near Milan city if you're travelling by public transport. Also it's at least 15 minutes walk from the train station. Other than that the apartment for spacious, few minor maintenance issues. The Wi-Fi is useless and no help was forthcoming.
