It does not measure up to a four star hotel. The rooms badly need an upgrade, the breakfast has very little fresh food or fresh anything, the heat and, incredibly, the television stations, are controlled from the reception, the bathroom lacks essentials such as solid soap and hand lotion.

Generally a decent hotel but the breakfast they start packing away early so by 10:30 it is already half gone, even though breakfast is meant to be up to 10:30 Also in our room after cleaners had been there were still areas not fully cleaned and we found things like a toilet roll which had been left on the floor etc

Bathrooms needs to be upgraded, for basic safety; One of the floor shower tiles is broken, first day no hot water, water runs out of the shower to the rest of the bathroom making a mess. The staff did try their best to be very helpful and promised to refund us for the first night, which we are waiting for, and do appreciate.

We booked a last minute room on the first floor, we were not told that half the floor was a building site so as we came out of the lift we were greeted with taped down matting. The only thing stopping our young daughter wandering in was a roll up banner across part of the hallway as the door to the site was left open when we went to breakfast. When I opened our curtains in our room we looked directly in to another room and there was a builder working so the curtains remained closed for the duration of our stay. The bathroom was awful… most dated we’ve seen anywhere with a shower cubicle made up of plastic folding doors that you pulled across from old runners in the floor & ceiling. Everything was very dated, rusty & did not seem very clean. Room itself was dated & didn’t like that the duvet didn’t have a cover, just a sheet above & below. Carpet had loose threads & generally tired. Breakfast area OK & reasonable selection, friendly staff - literally the only positives. Also very aggressive & my opinion, unsafe lifts - I’ve got a huge bruise on my arm trying to stop the doors from closing on me. Just glad my daughter was not with me at the time. Would not stay again & definitely not good value for money.

I love this hotel since 2016 and I reserved every year when I visited Milano. The best breakfast in all Italy. The staff is very friendly and professional and helpful and the location is very good.

The staff was very helpful and friendly also the breakfast was very good however the room was lacking first shower no bath gel in the container and paint coming off shower floor, bolt on toilet seat broken and in a top corner of the ceiling a long piece of dust hanging.
