The staff was very family friendly and was able to accommodate us. The pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved how it was centrally located to all the best shopping in the world and landmarks. We will return.

This property was in the centre of Milan, so extremely easy to walk to most places we wanted and very convenient for shopping. Also 5 minute walk to the Metro( which was very clean and reliable. 7 stops on the Metro and easy to navigate our way into the airport.

Pleasant Hotel, located within walking to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. Free breakfast included with the price of the hotel. Friendly staff, both in English and Spanish. Nice room on an upper floor with a small balcony facing the street, which was overall very quiet. Based on the cost of other hotels in the area - and while I did consider this a little pricey for a smaller room - I would probably stay here again.

The location is great. The rooftop wet deck is not heated but refreshing after a day walking about. It also has a glass roof so it is still warm to relax there when rainy. Service was brilliant and staff were very welcoming

When I book a hotel the most important things to me are location, breakfast included and AIR CONDITIONING. This hotel has air conditioning HOWEVER I was informed that they would turn on the AC on April 15th when one of the busiest season (SALONE del Mobile) is over. I had to open the window to be able to sleep because the room was very hot and uncomfortable, and the street is extremely busy and noisy with many restaurants and construction. So it was not a pleasant stay. I will not recommend this hotel.
