Hotel is too old and not functioning at all breakfast is horrible we had to change a room because wi fi didn’t work pool is dirty steam room is closed sauna is disgusting and smell funny maintenance issues everywhere you look this hotel should be closed

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic Milan Cathedral. While the building is a bit old, it adds to the charm and is still very well-maintained. We did encounter some noise from the room above us, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended

The hotel is located in a great location. I had a good experience but felt that the hotel room had too many pieces of furniture. I think the hotel should consider rearranging the hotel rooms. They can start by mounting the television on the wall and get rid of the furniture piece that it currently rests on.

OK place to stay that is close to many landmarks. Rooms were tiny though, and had absolutely no view out the windows. We had 3 rooms facing different directions and all faced a roof or a parking garage. Could hear the music from the street late into the night. Wine glasses from day 1 were not cleared 3 days later! Not sure it’s a good value for money.

The staff was very family friendly and was able to accommodate us. The pool was a hit with the kids, and we loved how it was centrally located to all the best shopping in the world and landmarks. We will return.
